How do I get started?
Connect your payments under Integrations (RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play, Stripe or your own backend), publish an offer under Creators, and add a card or SEPA mandate under Finance. Creators see your offers once that payment method is there.
When am I charged?
Only for approved commission: once you owe a creator €50, or after 90 days for smaller amounts. Stripe charges your card or SEPA mandate and pays the creator in the same payment. We never hold your money.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your offers pause for new creators straight away, and Finance tells you why. Add a working payment method and they go live again; what creators already earned is charged then.
How do refunds work?
A refund inside the pending period cancels that commission before you pay it. A refund after that comes off the same creator’s next payout, never out of their bank account.
How do you decide which creator gets a sale?
The creator link or code a person signed up through, inside the offer’s attribution window, gets them, and they stay with that creator; later links don’t change it. Money only counts from your store’s or payment provider’s signed data, and Analytics shows the method behind every sale.

How do I get paid?
Set up payouts once under Earnings: Stripe asks for your details, which takes about five minutes. Each brand then pays you directly through Stripe; we never hold your money. Stripe charges the brand once it owes you €50, or once your oldest unpaid earnings are 90 days old, and pays you in the same payment. Stripe sends your balance to your bank on the 1st of each month.
When does a sale count, and when is it approved?
A sale counts when the app’s store or payment provider confirms it, usually within minutes. It then stays pending for the offer’s refund window (30 days on most offers), because the buyer can still get a refund. After that it’s approved.
A sale I expected is missing
A tap on your link counts for the offer’s attribution window (often 30 days); a code always counts once it’s used. If a sale is still missing after a day, email us the app, the date and roughly what time, and we’ll trace it in the ledger.
What if a brand doesn’t pay?
If a brand’s payment fails, its offer pauses at once and you see a warning on Home. What you earned stays owed, and Stripe charges the brand again once it adds a working payment method. Every offer shows how reliably that brand paid before.
Do I pay fees? What about taxes?
Joining and getting paid are free; the brand pays our fee on top. You’re responsible for your own taxes. Your Earnings page and your Stripe dashboard list every payment.
